Automechanika Innovation Award for OSRAM LEDriving headlights for VW Golf VII

For the LEDriving headlight for VW Golf VII OSRAM was awarded with the Automechanika Innovation Award. The headlight, which OSRAM developed specifically for the automotive after-market, brings state-of-the-art lighting to the iconic VW model.

Dipped beam, high beam, DRL, position lights and turn signal lights are all equipped with latest LED technology, creating a unique new signature. With up to 200* percent higher luminous efficacy, superior visibility up to 200 meters and up to 100** percent whiter light the upgrade headlights provide superior illumination of obstacles on the road and as such significantly enhance safety and comfort. The complete retrofit LED headlights are available for halogen-based or high intense discharge (HID)-based VW Golf VII models.

OSRAM presented another important headlight upgrade at Automechanika in 2016, namely the LEDriving XENARC edition for the VW Golf VI, equipped with XENARC ORIGINAL D8S lamps for dipped and high beam, LED daylight running lights, LED position lights and LED turn lights in OEM quality.

With the newest LEDriving headlights for VW Golf VII, OSRAM is now present on the Automechanika 2018, which takes place in Frankfurt from 11th to 15th of September.
